To Improve Our Service

Enable uses information to perform and improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for clients. For example, we may use information to provide customer service and support, process transactions, resolve disputes, collect payments, prevent illegal activities, customize the Services, reduce risk to all parties involved in our transactions, and verify the accuracy of information.

To Serve Relevant Marketing to You

We may use information to deliver targeted marketing, service update notices, and promotional offers based on your communication preferences.   • Third Party Financing Platforms. Loan applications through Enable are processed by another online finance platform, to which you are providing your information when you apply for a loan. The use of your information by that online financing platform is governed by that company’s privacy policy.
  • Lending Partners. In submitting an inquiry for a loan product or other service offered through this website, when you click on any button indicating an acceptance or agreement to terms, a continuance of processing or submission, you signify your agreement to proceed you are consenting, acknowledging and agreeing to the disclosure of your information with Lending Partners or other third parties with whom you are or may be matched or to whom your information may be provided. Be aware that the Lending Partners with whom you are matched may retain or use your information whether or not you use their services and you should contact these Lending Partners directly concerning their privacy and information sharing practices which may differ from those of Enable.
  • Third Parties. Enable reserves the right to disclose your information, including your email address, to any third party or nonaffiliate for any purpose permitted by applicable law. Enable may be compensated for such disclosure. Parties to whom Enable discloses your information may advertise, market, or make product or service offerings directly to you.
  • Merchants or Service Providers. If you applied for a loan to be used with a merchant or service provider, Enable may share your information with the merchant or service provider associated with your loan application.
  • Legal Requests & Regulatory Requirements. Enable may also share information to comply with, or to allow investors or potential investors to comply with, any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; or for the purposes of limiting fraud; or in connection with an audit or the sale of Enable to a third party.

Safety Policies

Enable stores and processes your information maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. We maintain physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems and use safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption. We enforce physical access controls to our buildings, and we authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill the responsibilities of their jobs

We will keep your account information in our database to comply with our legal obligations. This is necessary in order to deter fraud, by ensuring that persons who try to commit fraud will not be able to avoid detection.

Notifications

If you no longer wish to receive notifications about our Services, you may change your notification preferences by emailing support@EnableFinancing.com. Enable reserves the right to close or limit access to your account should you opt out of the crucial notices that are required to perform the Enable Service. You are still responsible for any amounts due to Enable even if we close or limit access to your account.

SMS Messaging

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages by emailing support@Enable.com. Alternatively, you may be able to indicate your preference by logging into your account and adjusting your preferences or by following the directions provided with the communication. Again, Enable reserves the right to close or limit access to your account should you opt out of the crucial notices that are required to perform the Enable Service. You are still responsible for any amounts due to Enable even if we close or limit access to your account.
